Questions
Is disinfection the same as cleaning?
No. Cleaning removes sediment and biofilm. Disinfection kills bacteria that remain. Both are needed.
Is chlorinated water safe afterwards?
We rinse and check the water before the tank returns to use. Ask us for the residual reading.
How long before I can use the water?
We tell you on the day, once the rinse and checks are done.
